Payment Terms

Listed below are the payment terms offered to you by B-W feed & Seed Ltd. We encourage you to take advantage of one option that best suits your needs.

Cash, Cheque or Debit Card

• 4% Discount: Honoured if paying within 7 days
• 2 % Discount: Honoured if paying before the 20th of the next month
• Note: $25 service fee for any NSF cheques

Credit Card: Master Card or VISA

• 2.5% Discount: Honoured if paying within 7 days

Pre-Authorized Credit Card

• Please call us 519-662-1773 to let us know you would like to setup a pre-authorized credit card payment.
• We will need your credit card number and expiry date.
• Transaction dates will be the 5th and 20th of each calendar month

Electronic Banking

• Electronic banking allows you the convenience of paying your account from your personal computer.
• Financial institutions who offer this payment option are:
  • Credit Unions of Ontario
  • Royal Bank
  • CIBC
  • Scotiabank
  • National Trust
  • BMO
  • TD Canada Trust

Pre-Authorized Bank Withdrawal

• We require a VOIDED CHEQUE.
• A pre-authorized agreement form must be completed. This will give B-W Feed & Seed Ltd. permission to withdraw funds from your account.
• You will receive a 4% discount.
• The bank withdrawal will be processed on the 5th and 20th of each month.
